It has been way too long since I made a post to this website and I apologize for being so isolated during these terrible covid months.
But here is something really important to begin sending information to you on my website and social media. I have been in total isolation too long and yearn to be in communication with you once more.
And I have the great pleasure to introduce you to something I just learned about yesterday from a good friend I have not heard from in so long, who is now the CEO of the Non Profit organization in San Francisco, called the Sailing Science Center and very much involved with not only saving our oceans, but with the life that depends on these magnificent bodies of water that surround our globe.
Please please take the time to watch a very stimulating and artistic documentary on the life of an albatross on abandoned Midway Island in the South Pacific. The beautifully filmed documentary you can watch online is: albatrossthefilm.com and it is well worth watching from beginning to end if you are any kind of lover of the sea and what depends on it for survival. It is long, but beautiful and enchanting. It is truthful and may hurt your senses and humanity, but ALL WELL WORTH IT. As a matter of fact, for me it is the BEST DOCUMENTARY I have EVER WATCHED.
If you watch it today, you will have the wonderful experience tonight October 28th only, of a live Q and A session with the producers of the film. It is at 7pm Pacific time and for me 10pm Eastern time, and I do not want to miss a second of it. I will be there and I hope you will be too! Don’t miss this, but watch the albatrossthefilm.com first…
Please let me know if you admire it as much as I did, and will do all your efforts to keep this terrible plague of our innocent oceans and bird life from becoming worse.
